Everything is dwarfed by the mountains around, this fall is actually 3 times the Niagara falls height... Getting further... ...or closer. Believe it or not, this is the result of a tree avalanche.




The boat gives you a sense of scale, not the red one, the white one next to the cliff. The cliffs there are around 1700m. 5-6 times the Eiffel Tower. There is a unique ecosystem due to a layer of fresh water on top of the salty sea water. It rains 7.2 METERS per year! Now you see how lucky we are with the weather.




There are more than 3000 glaciers in NZ. They didn't count the waterfalls... B-E-A-U-tiful It is kind of windy...




The fairy falls... ...here! a fairy!... I promise you it was there! Going out to the Tasman sea... ...here it's nice and warm.
